Come and experience the thrill of surfing at Muizenberg beach, arguably the safest beach for learning. We provide all the equipment and our instructors will teach you the skills needed to have to ride your first wave or progress your current surfing level.

Much like our shop staff, our coaches eat, sleep and breathe surfing. We're proud to work alongside many coaches from The Local Surf Lounge Academy, an organisation dedicated to creating opportunities for young people from disadvantaged communities through surfing. Many of our coaches have been through the programme, using surfing as a pathway to build confidence, discipline, and purpose.

By booking with us, you’re directly supporting these individuals — helping them grow as surfers, mentors, and role models in their communities. Every lesson contributes to a cycle of upliftment, where passion for the ocean creates real, lasting change.
