Should membership fees fall into arrears by more than 2 months, rack may be forfeited

Should membership fees fall into arrears with no communication from member, Lifestyle Surfshop reserves the right to sell the member's equipment to offset their costs

Lifestyle Surfshop will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to equipment being stored on in long term storage facilities
