TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• 1 Board per rack

• No wetsuits to be stored

• Members to notify Lifestyle when removing boards for more than 24 hours or change equipment on the rack

• Membership storage and payment runs in 6 month increments

• Should membership fees fall into arrears by more than 2 months, rack may be forfeited 

• Should membership fees fall into arrears with no communication from member, Lifestyle Surfshop reserves the right to sell the member's equipment to offset their costs

• Lifestyle Surfshop will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to equipment being stored on Club Member racks
